In this video, Hubert de Milly, an expert at the French Development Agency (AFD), highlights the universality of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). First of all, he highlights the need for all countries in the world to become more sustainable. He then goes one to analyse the special responsibility of northern countries for the achievement, by all, of the SDGs, before raising the issue of Official Development Assistance.
