Description

Frédéric Jiguet, professor at the National Museum of Natural History, is interested in this video (10'00) to the decline of specialist species in Europe, especially birds. This decline, linked to climate change and land-use changes, is associated with a rearrangement of communities that benefits more general species. This leads to an evolution of the functions provided by these bird communities within the ecosystems.
