Nicolas Postel talks about the two principle views of the CSR: the corporate and the contract-based approaches. He highlights the factors which implied the passage from a "fordist deal" to the current "new deal". He proposes some leads to ensure that the CSR really enables to give a meaning back to the economic activity.
